Our Team

Renée Gratton

Renée Gratton has been our executive director here at TVC22 since 2022. Responsible for programs, projects, and system changes, the Alfred resident often has her hands full of various responsibilities. However, this is à familiar feeling for Rénée since she has had a career in various construction industries for more than 35 years before switching to the world of television broadcasting.
Renée is now seeking to integrate learning and development for continuing education into TVC22 programming, as well as the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda, adopted by Canada. All this so that TVC22 can continue to be the voice of our community.

Benjamin Richard

Being a jack of all trades and our backbone at TVC22, Benjamin is our chief editor as well as one of our journalists here in the studio. Originally from Gatineau, the graduate in Television Production Technology at La Cité continued his studies by doing a year of general studies at Touro University in Berlin as well as a year in Sound Design at SRH Berlin. Benjamin admits that he is always ready to tackle any problem he faces.

Ben Cuff

Benjamin joined TVC22 in 2020 assisting with the bi-weekly bingo until it ended in 2022. Afterwards, he helped the station as a janitor and assistant performing all necessary tasks.  He initiated an equipment inventory project including its organization accordingly.   Seeing his potential, Benjamin became video editor and responsible for data management for the station.  Today, he is a cameraman, edits video series such as “Gratuitude” and participates in many other projects.

Karis Medad Bahoya

While currently learning Business Administration Techniques at La Cité collégiale, Karis is behind all of our plans, our schedules and keeping the office organized and running. Outside of being the admin administrator of the studio, she enjoys exploring the world by voyaging to many different locations. Originating from Rockland, Karis also admits to being active, enjoying many sports especially when it comes to hiking.

Dania Maisonneuve

Dania Maisonneuve is one of our journalists here at TVC22. Studying at the University of Ottawa in communications, Dania seeks to learn about everything around her. Her curiosity now leads her to discover the various stories in her community of Rockland as well as Prescott-Russell. According to her, it won’t take long before her quest for the answers to her questions takes her across the rest of Canada.

Jade Laviolette

Recent graduate of l’Escale high school in Rockland, Jade Laviolette is another of our journalists here at TVC22. She’s getting a head start for this fall by hosting Political Progress, as she’ll be a 1st-year Bachelor of Arts student specializing in History and Political Science at the University of Ottawa. Interviewing isn’t the only thing she has an aptitude for. In fact, Jade won the title of best speaker in the entrepreneurship category at a Telfer competition in 2024. What’s more, the arts are also one of her strengths, having taken 2 years of painting classes.

Alec Pronovost

Alec Provonost is one of our videographers and editors here at TVC22. With that said, those two titles do not do justice to the amount of technical tasks Alec accomplishes at the studio. Approaching his second year in television production at La Cité college, he has the opportunity to practice what he learned in classes. Working within a team is a very familiar environment for Alec as he played competitive hockey with his community of Clarence’s House des Castors hockey club from 2015 up to 2023.

Vincent Giguère

Approaching his 2nd year in 3D animation at La Cité Collégiale, Vincent manages everything that has to do with TVC22’s media footprint. While going outside of his community of Rockland, he admits to listening to way too much Noah Kahan behind the wheel. Other than being passionate about music, Vincent seeks to learn as much as he can about anything, be it mechanics, science or the arts. You can see his work during the intro of each episode of Tasting with Passion.

Tristan Yelle

Originally from Casselman, Tristan is our investigative journalist here at TVC22. Passionate about history and nature, he can often be found outside with a camera in hand or doing some kind of physical activity such as rock climbing or volleyball. The 4th year Media Production and Design Carleton University student seeks to apply this knowledge of narrative storytelling in order to give back to the community where he grew up.

José Cadorette

After a long and varied career in the Parliament of Canada and elsewhere, José joined the TVC22 team to help manage administrative services. He completed his university studies in languages, literatures and linguistics and is interested in cultures, history and communications. He has lived in three countries and traveled extensively, especially in Canada and Europe.
