CRITERIA FOR SELECTING A PROJECT

Project Selection Criteria is a systematic approach used to assess, choose, and prioritize prospective projects. It facilitates decision-making for undertaking projects aimed to enhance our community’s overall knowledge and experience while ensuring our strategic objectives are met.

Strategic Alignment: Does the project align with our goals and objectives? Is the content original and complementary to our programming?
Customer Needs and Expectations: Are the customer’s needs and expectations well understood? Are we in a position to fulfill these needs effectively to enable us to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty?
Resource Availability: Do we have enough internal and external resources to accomplish the project (i.e., personnel, technology, and funding)? What will be the customer’s level of involvement?
Time Constraints: Does the customer have specific deadlines or other time limitations? Will we able to achieve the project on time?
Audience: Does the content reflect our community? Is it targeted to a local demographic? Will the audience gain an enriching experience: both entertaining and informative?
